A lot of restaurants and cafes in Japan have a display in the window of the food they serve, showing what you actually get on the plate. Realistic plastic models are used for this – there’s a whole industry that makes them. This model cabbage is for the menu display of a restaurant somewhere that sells raw cabbage.
