Man ticketed for very skinny passenger
At least he was wearing a seatbelt.

The man in Washington State who was driving a silver Mazda was speeding and aggressively changing lanes. Police stopped him. That’s when the officer noticed the fake plastic skeleton covered with a white hoodie. The skeleton was sitting in the driver’s seat so the driver could say there were two people in the car. That way, he could travel faster in the HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) lanes.

The law allowing HOV lane travel very likely states that the two people in the car must be alive.

The driver received multiple tickets.

No word on what was inside the metal cookie tin between the skeleton’s thighs.
