It’s all how you look at it.
Here, you see, it is the world.
A three-dimensional optical illusion created by French artist Francois Abelanet was created outside Paris City Hall. It’s an anamorphic artwork, over 300 feet long, constructed from haybales, dirt and grass. If you walk along the street – or through the artwork itself – you won’t notice the world. But when you view it from a specific vantage point, it becomes the world.
The video’s in French, but language is not an issue. It shows the work needed to make this illusion work.
