Eamonn Daniel Higgins (pictured) has never attended college as himself. Instead, he earned hundreds of thousands of dollars by attending 10 different colleges as other people. It’s alleged that 120 Middle Eastern students paid him to study so their student visas would remain valid. Evidently he was working as a tutor when he discovered this business was much more lucrative.
"We have seen visa fraud schemes before but we have never seen anything quite like this," said Debra Parker, an immigration agent. "This is something really sophisticated."
