Bomb found at U.S. embassy in Norway

Sources told us it might
have been an "OOPS".

One morning, at the U.S. embassy in Oslo, Norway, security guards discovered a bomb attached to the bottom of a vehicle.

A warning was sounded, and the U.S. embassy, the royal palace and a section of Oslo were quickly evacuated.

When agencies responded, they discovered the bomb was a fake, an inert explosive used for training purposes.

Who put it there?

It seems a security drill had recently been conducted at the embassy and the embassy had placed the dummy bomb on the vehicle themselves for training purposes, then forgot to remove it.

As regards to the explosive, more reliable sources called this a FUBAR.
