How to gain muscle with photography

Eric, who writes a blog for the Kast-A-Way Swimwear company, found these photos in the book The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferris. Mr. Ferris was using these photos to tout his program where he bulked up and gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days.

Maybe he did or didn't gain muscle, but when Eric analyzed the photos used as proof, he found them "humorously deceptive."

This kind of "in-camera" trickery seems so quaint and old-fashioned in our Photoshopped world, doesn't it?
