How to Make a Modern New York Restaurant Look Vintage French

Matteo Bologna of Mucca Design in New York did the branding and design for Pastis restaurant in New York's Meatpacking District. The restaurant owner's vision was to create an authentic French working class restaurant which looked like it had been there forever. Bologna created a faux narrative of a family that had been there for a century, and the signage, menus and such all look like they've been added to over time.
